POLARSEAL® II HOSE

RECOMMENDED FOR Most refrigerants blends and compressor lubricants in automotive and heavy–duty truck air conditioning systems where significant reduction in permeation and moisture ingression is desired. Low–permeation hose construction is used by more OEMs around the globe than any other refrigerant hose construction. Gates PolarSeal® II (ACC) derives its performance from a proprietary polyamide barrier and exceptional compounding. Compatible with R134a, R12 and the new R1234yf refrigerant. Air conditioning refrigerant hose is manufactured in accordance with SAE J3062, while air conditioning hose assemblies both hose and coupling meet SAE J2064. Change to SAE specification effective as of August 2015.
